    WHY ADOPT A WHITE RHINO?

The name white rhino is misleading, since they're actually grey. They are often covered in brown patches after rolling on the ground to give themselves a protective "mud coat" to keep cool, stop insects from biting and to get rid of any parasites.

Rhinos were once widespread across Africa's savannas and Asia's tropical forests. Today, very few survive outside of national parks and reserves. There are approximately 20,000 white rhinos left on the planet. They are listed as Near Threatened by the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species but with your symbolic adoption, you're helping WWF secure the long-term survival of species like the white rhinoceros and creating a healthier natural world for us all.

    DESIGNED TRUE-TO-LIFE RHINO PLUSH

Our plush has the same features as a real-life rhino: two horns on the end of its nose, with the front horn being much larger than the inner horn; a short tail to help swat at flies; and a square (not pointed) upper lip that is unique to the white rhino.
