Free Shipping Details
WWF-Canada offers free shipping on pre-tax orders of $90 or more, shipped to the same address in Canada. This offer is not valid on applicable taxes or shipping & handling charges. No adjustments will be made on previous purchases. Free shipping applies to the regular (standard) shipping option only within Canada.
WWF-Canada does not ship to international destinations, besides the USA.
Please allow up to ten (10) business days for shipments to arrive in Canada using regular shipping. If you choose priority shipping option for deliveries within Canada, applicable charges per destination will apply. There is no priority or free shipping option for shipping to the U.S. It is offered at a flat rate of $39.95.

Standard Shipping Costs and Delivery
Your shipping cost is calculated based on the total value of the item before taxes and the location of the address you are shipping to. When you spend $90 or more at the WWF-Canada e-store, you will be eligible for free regular shipping to one Canadian address, as described above.

Shipping FAQs
What carrier does WWF-Canada use to get my package to me?
WWF-Canada works with Canada Post. In case of service disruption, we will work with a variety of carriers including Purolator to ensure your package gets to you quickly.
Can I change the address or change my order once I place it?
Generally, we are not able to change an address or order after it has been submitted. However, if you contact us immediately after purchasing, we may be able to update your order in time. Our shipping facility fulfills orders within 1-2 business days after an order is placed. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make any changes and you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Do you deliver outside of Canada?
WWF-Canada ships only to Canada and the USA. Standard and priority shipping options are available within Canada. Delivery to the USA is available as standard shipping only at a flat rate of $39.95.
While we do not ship physical products to international addresses, we do have our Virtual Gifts collection which can be delivered to any email address.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse will prepare and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping option you select (standard or priority) and the shipping address.
I live in Toronto. Can I pick up my order to save on costs?
WWF-Canada does not have a physical store where customers may visit or pick up orders. All orders are shipped through our shipping facility and the shipping fee is mandatory.
My package was not delivered but the Canada Post Tracking tool says that it was. What should I do?
As per Canada Post’s website, when the Tracking tool indicates that a letter or parcel was successfully delivered, it means the item arrived as addressed. WWF-Canada is not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is provided.
If your address does not accept deliveries right to your door, you may need to check a second location like a mail room, front desk, or safe drop location.
Please double check that the delivery address you submitted with your order is correct. If a letter or parcel has an address on it, Canada Post is required to try to deliver the item to the address indicated. Changes or corrections can’t be made to the address, or the letter or package, once it has been mailed.
If none of the above rectifies the solution, the package may be lost/stolen. Please see the next FAQ for next steps.
My package was not delivered, and I think it was lost and/or stolen. What should I do?
The shipping courier, Canada Post, is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost or stolen package, all inquiries must be directed to the courier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please notify us via email, (gifts@wwfcanada.org). In order to start a claim for a lost package and to receive shipping reimbursement, both the receiver and the shipper must submit a Support Ticket. While we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible or that a suitable solution is found in the case of a lost package, we are not able to issue a refund or exchange until a Canada Post investigation is complete, the package is deemed lost or stolen, and the claim has been issued and reimbursed. Once this has occurred, we will work with you to re-send your package.
Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process that often take several weeks or more to complete. Providing the highest level of service and quality at WWF-Canada is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our best to rectify the situation.
