WHY ADOPT A TIGER?

Tigers are one of the most recognizable and revered species in the world — they are also among the most threatened. While 100,000 tigers roamed Asia more than a century ago, today there are around 4,500 tigers squeezed into less than five per cent of their historic range.

Thanks to conservation efforts, wild tiger numbers are on the rise! WWF is continuing to tackle the biggest threats to tigers: habitat loss, human-tiger conflict and the illegal wildlife trade.

Your symbolic adoption helps WWF ensure the long-term survival of species like the tiger and the habitats they depend on.

DESIGNED TRUE-TO-LIFE TIGER PLUSH

Our tiger plush features their iconic orange fur, white markings on the head and face, and black stripes. In the wild, each tiger has its own unique pattern of around 100 stripes, which helps them blend in with their surroundings. And it's not just their fur that's striped — the skin underneath is striped, too!

What my 4-year old says

I have lots of WWF animals. The tiger is my favourite one because it has orange fur and is very soft.
