WHY ADOPT A RED KANGAROO?

Macropods (which means "big foot" in Latin) are a family of marsupials known for their large feet, long tails and strong hind legs, which enable them to jump up to nine metres in a single leap.

Found throughout the arid, open areas of central Australia, red kangaroos are primarily threatened by habitat loss, introduced predators and climate change. With your symbolic adoption, you're helping WWF protect habitats across the globe, ensuring the long-term survival of species like the red kangaroo.

DESIGNED TRUE-TO-LIFE KANGAROO PLUSH

Our red kangaroo plush features the species' large feet and long tail, and a pouch (marsupium) with an infant kangaroo called a joey peeking out from it. Joeys stay in their mother's pouch for two months and permanently move out at around 235 days old.
