WHY ADOPT A GREAT WHITE SHARK?

Great white sharks are actually grey with a white underbelly. Their streamlined shape and powerful tails help them swim fast, up to 60 kilometres per hour!

Great white sharks can be found throughout the world's oceans, mostly in cool waters close to the coast. Here, human activity interferes with their habitat. They are more often than not victims of humans rather than a danger to them.

Their populations are listed as Vulnerable by the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. Your symbolic adoption helps protect the great white shark's ocean home and habitats of other species across the globe.

DESIGNED TRUE-TO-LIFE SHARK PLUSH

Our great white shark plush has a white underbelly, from which the real-life species gets its name, and a grey dorsal area. This countershading breaks up the shark's outline from the side, making it difficult for prey to spot the great white coming.

It also has its pointed conical snout, large pectoral and dorsal fins, gills and a strong crescent-shaped tail.
