WHY ADOPT AN ARCTIC FOX FAMILY?

With its entire body and paws covered in thick fur, the Arctic fox is ideally adapted to the extreme temperatures that drop as low as -50°C in the icy-cold, treeless lands where it makes its home.

In the winder, the Arctic fox has a white camouflage coat. But when summer arrives, Arctic foxes shed their long winter coat for a shorter, thinner fur that comes in a variety of colours — from dark and light grey, charcoal brown to bluish brown coating.

With the snow and sea ice melting, Arctic foxes have limited access to food. Your symbolic adoption helps WWF-Canada fight climate change and protect habitat for Arctic foxes and other species in Canada.

DESIGNED TRUE-TO-LIFE ARCTIC FOX PLUSH

Arctic foxes usually mate for life, and both the mother and father help raise the kits. Arctic fox parents will care for their young until they are able to find food for themselves, at about 4-5 months old.

Our plush family includes both the adult and kit. Both feature the iconic white winter coat and a long, fluffy tail that wraps around its body like a blanket.
