Will the Canada Post strike impact my order?
Although the current national shipping situation is uncertain, we are committed to doing all we can to deliver your order on time. We are working with carriers including Purolator to get your gift to you quickly. However, we cannot guarantee delivery date and time at this time.
Please note that Purolator cannot deliver to PO boxes, so be sure to provide a valid physical address at checkout to avoid delays.
Please note that Alberta is currently experiencing particularly high delivery delays.
What are your returns, exchanges & refunds policy?
Providing the highest level of service and quality at WWF-Canada is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse incurred shipping costs when customers change their mind and request a refund.
If the return is due to our error, we will also refund the shipping costs.

Is expedited shipping available during the holidays?
Yes, express holiday delivery options are available at checkout. Order by Dec. 17 (rural addresses) or Dec. 19 (urban addresses) for delivery before Dec. 25.
Can I change or cancel my holiday order after placing it?
Generally, we are not able to change an address or order after it has been submitted. However, if you contact us immediately after purchasing, we may be able to update your order in time. Our shipping facility fulfills orders within 1-2 business days after an order is placed. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make any changes and you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
